Custom Caps Co. is located in Simcoe, Ontario, Canada. 

 

What kind of fabric are used to make your hats? 

Our Scrub Hats are made from high end designer fabrics that are always 100% Cotton . Custom Caps Co. also carries a line of caps, our Speciality Caps that are made from other substrates like Cotton Lawn and Rayon for customers that are experiencing hair-loss. These fabrics are softer, lighter and have a more silky feeling which is essential for patients going through chemotherapy. 

 

Do you accept Custom Orders? 

No, Sorry we no longer take on custom orders. We are sorry for the inconvenience. 

 

When Will my Order Ship? 

Orders will ship between 3-5 business days. During times of high volume orders like sales and holidays it will take longer to process your order. 

 

How Long will it take to get my order?
